Who can and how to book to come?

Membership

Visitors referred by members of VidyAntara are welcome Rs 1500/- plus food @ Rs 500/- per day

Offered for families @ Rs 16000/- per year covering 4 trips.

Educational retreats

Groups of teachers for residential workshops and retreats:

• With food and stay for 20 persons max @Rs 1500 per day per person including food and stay. Advance booking with payments is necessary to block the dates.

Others

• For groups of school students 9 years to 15 years, max 10 with 2 adults @ Rs 1500 per student or adult per trip.
• One time visitors @ Rs 5000 per trip for a family of upto 4 members.

Booking Procedure

• Send a confirmation email to bookings@vidyantara.org with name, aadhar card of the members attending.
• Confirm the menu 3 days in advance from our available list.
• Stay period from Friday evening to Sunday lunch, booked and paid in advance, based on calendar days available. Food chargeable @ Rs 500 per person per day, for all above 3 years.
